Which subscription plan suits my needs?

According to the usage intensity and frequency of each user we offer different subscription plans. Please feel free to contact us for any help you may need with your choice at support@vithoulkascompass.com.
  • For practitioners: We offer 4 subscription plans Unlimited, Intensive, Frequent and Light, for a 1, 3, 6 and 12-month period. For more information please click here.

What are usage credits?

Usage credits are required in order to use our expert system functions Solve, Differential and Specific Remedy Analysis. Each one of these actions consumes 1 (one) credit.

Can I use Vithoulkas Compass by purchasing only usage credits?

No, usage credits alone do not provide access to the service and need to be used with a subscription plan.

I have purchased a subscription plan. Do I need to purchase usage credits as well?

No, all our subscription plans already include a number of usage credits and provide full access to our system and its functions.

How many usage credits per consultation do I approximately need?

Experience from an extensive testing period has shown that in order to analyze a typical case, with a combination of Solve and Differential or Specific Remedy Analysis functions, 2-7 credits are generally used.

What happens to my account and data when my subscription ends?

When a subscription ends, the user is still able for another 3 months to log in his/her account and access all case data, export cases and remedy notes and backup all previous work (cases, remedy notes). The repertory and the GV handouts section of the Materia Medica, Send/Receive case functionality, along with all case creation, editing and all expert system functions are however disabled.
VC will keep user data for 1 year after the end of the last subscription at no cost. At any point during this period the user can renew his/her subscription and continue working normally without any loss of data whatsoever.

My subscription expired, but I still have credits, what can I do in order to continue working with VC?

In order to use the full functionality of VC and keep your available credits, you need to renew your subscription within 6 months of expiration. If your subscription has expired and you have a large number of credits in your account, we recommend you to purchase a subscription plan with a smaller amount of credits included (i.e. the Frequent or the Light subscription plan).

When do usage credits expire?

All usage credits expire 18 months after they have been activated in the account, unless the subscription is renewed within this period. If the user extends his/her subscription within 6 months of expiration, all unused credits are transferred into his/her new subscription. Please note that credits included in the Unlimited subscription plan cannot be transferred to any other subscription plan.

I used all my usage credits but my subscription is still active, what can I do?

If you consume all your credits, but still have an active subscription you can access all VC functionality except of the expert system functions.

How do I purchase a subscription plan at special student prices?

In order to purchase your subscription plan at student prices you need to apply for a student account . As soon as your student status has been confirmed by your school or teacher you will receive a confirmation email and may then proceed with your purchase. Just login to your account and go to My Compass → My Account → Purchase .
